Q: Our budget is 55 lakhs to 60 lakhs! Presently we are living in a 2 BHK apartment in Sumadhura Matrusree residency in Thindlu Vidyaranyapura post Bangalore. We are not over all happy with the builders & with the apartment & the area location. or is it good idea to buy a resale 3BHK apartment we are confused in which good residentail area we can buy a property for our budget in Bangalore!
Latest Answer: In this budget you can also get fresh properties in Bangalore and i feel it is better to go for fresh property than resale property. Are you looking for a property in any particular locality?

Q: I liked an apartment in Thindlu circle which is 6 year old and 1100 sqft built up area. I want to buy that but the price owner is quoting is 55 lakhs which i feel is a little too much. The apartment do not have much amenities, it has power backup, lift and bore water.

I want to tell a price which i think is correct but require some guidance about how to reach a conclusion about the price. What all do we need to consider while quoting a price, what are the factors on which we decide price of re-sale property.

Latest Answer: Hi Madhav, your choice of locality is good and is the areas has seen demand from IT professionals as well... the land rates here is about Rs 44000-51000 per sq yards this comes to around Rs 5000 per sq ft.
