Q: hi,
i need some help to find a decent villa in a gated community in and around vizag( say between sheela nagar and madhurawada).
The property should be built in atleast 200 sq yrds with maybe 2000 sft built up area.
My budget is rs 40 to 50 lakhs.

Q: I saw a flat to buy in rly.new colony but it has a burial ground nearby it is visible if we open the windows of bed room / hall, is it good to buy such property please let me know .
