I have few queries about Parsvnath City
Q: 1.What is the water table of the project area? What is the source of water supply for the residents?
2.What is the amount of maintenance charge the builder has fixed and what are the services it is offering to the residents for that amount? If not fixed yet, what is likely to be the amount when fixed?
3. What is the situation about power supply in the area?
4. What about services like schools, markets, etc? How far are they from the project site?
5. Have some families moved in? Is there private construction activity on the project?

Latest Answer: Within distance between 5km to 10KM from the project we have Railway Station like Revari . Within distance between 0.5km to 2KM from the project we have Bus Stop like Dharuhera .

Q: bought a flat in 2006. supposed to coomplete construction by 2011. but they havent even started the construction. they are using our hard earned money. i wan to know the reason for this cheating.
