Q: I want to see decor and furniture in the house.

Latest Answer: Don't just decide on the basis of sample flats.. Most of the Builders do not provide the same quality as shown in sample flat for the rest of the flats.. In order to attract buyers they design sample flats very nice and they are not much bothered in other cases.. I just went through an article in commonfloor which says that buyers have to be cautious while buying and think of every minute detail. There are many articles which gives tips to buyers as what are the things to consider.. I am giving the link of one such article- Aspects to be considered before an investment.
