Q: I am awaiting for a single response from the builder Ms Manwani and family since 2012.
Bharat s/o Manwani does not pickup the phone calls. Mr Jaiswal from whom we purchased the deal in 2012, doesnt stays in India. HIGHLY UNPROFFESSIONAL. Will write more if reqd. Awaiting call back.
Latest Answer: Hi Nileash!! Did you ever visited the developer's office? Have you got your flats possession? I think you should once visit the developer's office and ask for the necessary information about the project. If you still didn't get any positive response from them, involve a lawyer and file a consumer case.

Latest Answer: Hi Vikas, Normally stamp duty on Gift Deed is 2% but in some states it is waived off in case it is executed within family. The rules vary from state to state therefore you may check with local sub registrar office.
