Hi, My name is Pavan. I have purchased a flat in Pride Springfields D Block.
Q: I have applied for Home Loan in SBI and they are asking for builder NOC. I contacted Pride people and they are not giving me NOC by giving some reasons. Please let me know if anyone has purchased a flat in Pride Springfields and faced the same problem. Please also mail me to whom we should escalate if this kind of things happen. Q: Hi everyone,

We were discussing about collecting email ids of all possible owners sometime back... During one of my visits to the Pride corporate office, I raised this issue with Satish. But he said that the contact information cannot be shared for whatever purpose without the owners' permission. Anyone else who tried and was successful/failed?

I think we should all write mails to the builder marking all known owners on cc so that they know that we all are willing to share each others' details on the forum.
What say?

Q: Can someone explain me what is landing cost inclusive of everything else in Pride Springfields? You can say the per sq ft amount as X. What is the total cost including Parking, Gas connection, Registration? What is calculation on the basic cost -total cost in hand to purchase?

Latest Answer: Total cost in hand to purchase vary depends on the project construction cost, registration & legal expert fee, documentation charge etc. parking lot fee and gas connection you can negotiate with builder to get best deal. Thank you
