What has been the previous experience with the developer?

Latest Answer: Hi Jeevan, I recently saw Sai Poorna (High End – Harlur Road) project, and like you, not able to get much information about the same. Have you finalised/dropped this project? Q: Would like to know about the credibility of the builder. Have you all got that the builder has promised? I am planning to purchase an apartment in Sai Poorna Paradise. Wanted to check with you before going ahead with the plan

Latest Answer: I own a flat in Sai Poorna Heights. I would never ever buy a flat from second tier propoerty developers like Srivasa Developers. The promises were never kept. I am disappointed with Srinivasa developers. Even if it means few more hundred rupees per square feet for tier 1 developers if i have money i will go for them only.
