Q:WONDERFUL LOCATION !!!I'm a tenant here !!It has a VERY Specious carpet area & even Vastu taken careAnything & Everything is readily available (you just need to step out of the apartment)Love to stay here because of the space, location, convenience, swimming pool training, Gym, Partyhall & the often social events.. Residence are good but the BUILDER is a big time cheater... He has not completed many works & the flat owners are planning to file case against him...MR Purushotam & Bennur are the builders of KPR Reality - NEVER EVER deal with these guys...You can buy Flat from other Flat Owners - Its a good buy
