GOOD APARTMENT - BAD Builder
Q: WONDERFUL LOCATION !!! I'm a tenant here !! It has a VERY Specious carpet area & even Vastu taken care Anything & Everything is readily available (you just need to step out of the apartment) Love to stay here because of the space, location, convenience, swimming pool training, Gym, Partyhall & the often social events.. Residence are good but the BUILDER is a big time cheater... He has not completed many works & the flat owners are planning to file case against him... MR Purushotam & Bennur are the builders of KPR Reality - NEVER EVER deal with these guys... You can buy Flat from other Flat Owners - Its a good buy

Latest Answer: as per my knowledge... not yet given.... residence r believing the builder (poor people)... Mr Purushotham Raju & Mr Bennur are taking them for a bumpy ride... My sincere advise to everyone is " Plz stop buying flats from his new project near wipro office (KPR SUNRISE SQUARE) SAVE YOURSELF :-p "
