Q:Does any one have idea about the current status of dheeraj jade residences wagholi? No update in their official website since Nov 2015.....website not working at all.....what's going on? Any one knows about when will they give possession of flats?
Latest Answer: Hi, I have booked a flat in 2011 in same building, Jade residencies, till today, i.e. 25th September 2017, there is no concrete answer about the possession or any reply for the delay.
It was my biggest mistake to book a flat with such fraud builder.
I have no option but to wait on their mercy for getting my flat after paying the entire amount in 2016. These people are nicely using the money of 300 flat owners since 6 years now!
