Q:I am planning to buy a 2 BHK flat in D block, can anybody let me know about how good the builder is?? whether will he complete all his promised amenities etc., And i feel most of the flats are not vastu complaint... what do you say on this?

Q:Hi,I am planning to purchase 3 BHK apartment in D block of innovative but I am concerned about railway track running beside the project. Please let me know your views on this and builder is quoting 3100/SQFT . What do you think about rate? I think its on little higher side consdiering other near by builders are quoting same price and they don't have any issues related to railway track.
