Review on Innovative Petal

Q: This is my experience with Innovative Constructions with regards to Innovative Petal. After paying a huge price and setting myself to be on debt for a really long time expectations were slightly high and I am left disappointed with what I've got.
There is not one room in my house where there is not a broken tile the same in the toilets as well. The tiles are not laid properly and the tiles in bathrooms are of different colors. The quality of the materials used and the workmanship is very bad. There are very visible thick cement marks between tiles in some areas. Finishing is the worst. I've seen tons of other buildings immediately after the construction is over and Innovative Construction's finishing seems to be the worst in my opinion. One of the windows in our Kitchen balcony fell off and broke because the frame was not fixed properly. It is still not fixed and it is not straight, they just pull some fillings to make sure it is not loose. The Sliding doors do not function properly and how many ever times you call the Supervisor, Manager and the MD of Innovative Constructions nothing has happened. I've been trying to follow up for the last 8 months and nothing has been completed. The good thing about Innovative Constructions is they do not say they won't do it and the bad thing is they will never come. Intercom lines are very bad and Intercom is not working in many flats as well.

I can give more details regarding my house and what all did not work well but I think I will stop here. Also I do not want to speak up in detail regarding the other construction issues in the society, which might be unfair to the other residents.

I was looking for reviews(good & bad) when I was researching about Innovative constructions and if I have to go with Innovative Petal but couldn't find much online. Hopefully this will help someone get additional insight before they make a very important and major decision in their life.

Undivided share of land.

Q: Hi Did any of u check on how the Undivided share of land is calculated in this apartment complex? Can u post ur share if u know for a 2BHK/3BHK?

Interested in buying the 2 BHK flat.

Q: I am planning to buy a 2 BHK flat in D block, can anybody let me know about how good the builder is?? whether will he complete all his promised amenities etc., And i feel most of the flats are not vastu complaint... what do you say on this?

I want to purchase 3 bhk flat.

Q: Hi,I am planning to purchase 3 BHK apartment in D block of innovative but I am concerned about railway track running beside the project. Please let me know your views on this and builder is quoting 3100/SQFT . What do you think about rate? I think its on little higher side consdiering other near by builders are quoting same price and they don't have any issues related to railway track.
