Latest Answer: Oceanus Maple is a huge towering complex in Vattekunnam region of Edapally. It is very new. It opened to the public to move in only this June 2014.

Purva Eternity Handover Issues
Q: Hi,

I have booked an appartment in Purva Eternity in June 2010. The completion was guaranteed for December 2010 and it kept getting extended. I have been asking for parking allotment and about the late delivery clause since last 2 years.

Has anyone of you got the parking allotment confirmation from Puravankara ?

I made all the payments towards the appartment cost. I have not received any reply from them on the late delivery charges as well.

They are trying to force us to take handover, even though the aminities like Lift , water and electricity is not available.

i have received a statuatory charge estimate of 3.68 L , which includes advance maintenance charge , which is being asked for an appartment, which is not even ready for possesion.

Tottaly dissatisfied with the way Purva Management is handling the problem. Looks like the staff of Purva also seems to be annoyed , by seeing the no of times the CRM Executive is changing within months.

Latest Answer: Buying resale flats or old flats whose possession is immediate are always safe considering miscellaneous expenses, delay in possession, non levy of taxes like service tax, VAT etc. At once a person has to manage a large amount of capital but it gives more returns in long run.

Latest Answer: Hi David..The tax benefits are seperately available for the interest component as well as principal component of the housing loans consumers. It is available for both consumers who have taken a loan to either buy or build a house. According to Income Tax Act, the upper limit of the interest payment deduction is at Rs. 1, 50,000 per annum. The amount should have been borrowed on or after April 1, 1999 to acquire or construct a residential property and it the acquisition or construction should be done within 3 years. The section 80C also allows tax benefits on principal repayments.

Q: Moon reach owners, I am deeply concerned with Puravankara's approch towards the inordinate delays.

Now they have confirmed possession on March 2012. Almost 2 Years of delay.
