Q:Hello all. I have been looking through good real estate developments in Aluva, Kochi and came across this project called Nest The World. Does anyone have any information about the residential project in terms of pricing, amenities and other details?
Latest Answer: Hi, as most of what I know about Nest The World has already been touched upon, here is some info about the amenities provided at the project. These include garden, swimming pool, play area for kids, 24 hour backup, security, intercom, club house, rainwater harvesting, broadband internet,badminton court and gymnasium. Facilities for electricity are provided by KSEB connection with provisions for exhaust fan, geyser,TV and also telephones. A generator backup with automatic turnover is available for common services like lights, water pumps.
