Q:You have mentioned that the total area of one unit of the row house(two bed room) is around 1976 sq,ft. But the actual measurement when calculated from the floor plan does not match this.I also hope that there is a separate land area for each twin row houses.Can you please elaborate on this?

Recently Asia largest vehicle testing track and research center was opened in this locality. Oragadam is the most happening place in Chennai at present and it is now connected by 4 lane road to Chennai-Bangalore Highway. Very soon Southern Railway is going to connect Sriperambudur and Oragadam to Indian Railway network.
