Q:Hi, I would like to know how maintenance charges are being calculated in opaline. In our society arihant heirloom a flat rate is being proposed. Not sure if this is the right approach?
Q:In flats, after some years toilet ceiling & side walls starts leaking. This is due to the water seepage in the above flat's toilet. Getting their permission & repairing which takes atleast 7 days with wwater proofing treatment is problematic. Also cost whom to bear is a big issue. To avoid this, adequate water proofing treatment should be done while building the flat itself.
