Whether waterproofing is done in all the bathrooms as bathroom leakage is becoming a common problem after some years. Adequate precaution will prevent breakage & repair of toilets in the top floor after getting their permission. Also costs whom to bear is a problem. This is also specific to Olympia opaline as it has high rise towers difficult to get repaired at a later stage.
Q: In flats, after some years toilet ceiling & side walls starts leaking. This is due to the water seepage in the above flat's toilet. Getting their permission & repairing which takes atleast 7 days with wwater proofing treatment is problematic. Also cost whom to bear is a big issue. To avoid this, adequate water proofing treatment should be done while building the flat itself.
