Q:I am thinking of buying a plot in Silpa Dream Valley? Is it HUDA/HMDA approved layout? what is the selling price per yard in this layout? Does the layout has any legal issues? Does the layout come under GO.111?I think Developer has sold all the plots already? Secondly, Is there any agreement between developer and plot owners? I have heard that owners are givng back to developer for development ie constructing house? Is it free will or agreement between plot owner and developer while buying the plots from Silpa?I appreciate your reply.
