Q:I have calculated the carpet area of Sabujayan Projct . for 3 BHK 1256 Sq feet , Carpet are is coming 650 sq feet. It is 51.75% . So 48% Loading . Normally it should not be more than 32%. Can anyone answer this?
Latest Answer: I agree with Mr. Debarun. The actual size of my unit is way too less than the area (~1800 sq. ft.) I am paying for. I will wait for the completion. Then I will take suitable measures. I had asked for break up of the areas they were charging for, but did not receive any response.
Q:I would request no one to even think of this project. I submitted an LOI and a cheque of 1 lac so that i get a preference to choose the flat when they launch. However they have not informed me although my number is within 100. when i checked with the concerned parties i was informed that the process was not being followed and subsequently when the next lot is released they will not be giving the flats at the committed rate as per the LOI.. This is highly unprofessional dealing of the matter and request all to not waste their time and money on this. when the builder and the marketing office is not able to keep their commitment at the satrt of the project what hopes do you have about their commitment to design, materials, finishes and amenities....
Q:I am interested in purchasing property in Urban Sabujayan Kolkata, EM Bypass, Kolkata. I would like to know when is the project going to start and what is the minimum rate of flats?
Latest Answer: The booking price is 5% of the unit [flat] cost including Parking space. Currently, the rates are Rs 4500 /sqft for south facing units and Rs. 4200 for North facing units.
