Q: Those booked the flat with HDILWHISPERING TOWER, MULUND, please come under one platform to discuss various issues. The project will be delayed indefinitely. HDIL is known for delay and poor quality of work. They are talking about 42 floor tower !! construction quality is very poor.
also they demand 20% black
