Q:I am planning to buy a 1.5 BHK flat in Kharadi(706 sq ft)-initially had planned for 2BHK(but now dropped due to budget constraints), Gulmohar Serene Poject near Apule Ghar Bus Stop. Cost will be 35lakh+ which includes covered parking . Project is also decent. Can anyone pls help/suggest, whether it is good deal as the per sqft rate is 4300?Now the current rate in Kharadi is 5000,so have doubts over the low price rate.Also there is a barren land behind the project .As per Builder,it is a Govt Property. My initial purpose is to live their minimum 5-6 years but I may sell this after that, Is it worth buying this flat? OR It is better to stay in rented flat instead of paying huge interest on home loan if this flat is not going to give me that much return? Pls provide some expert comments
