Latest Answer: Hi Kiran, i had enquired and these plots are government approved and also has approvals from some banks . The developer too is ok... not much name but has been in joint venture with quite a few projects in delhi and NCR.. The layout and other details are very nice for the NDLC city 1 inBhiwadi.
