Sectors 88A, 88B and 89A where the project is located are planned residential sectors as per the master plan Gurgaon, 2031 located along Dwarka Expressway and close to fast growing industrial town, Manesar. These sectors are entirely an open vacant land parcel with no infrastructure in place including the network routes. The developer is currently facing numerous allegations, so investors has to be cautious if they are going to invest in the project.
