Q:Hi all, I have been looking to invest in a villa project, mainly for weekend getaway purposes, like a home on the outskirts of the city. I’ve gone through so many projects but most of these are builders I haven’t heard of. Recently I stumbled across the DLF Garden city project. DLF is a known builder. Latest Answer: Hey, I have been interested in buying the property too, but haven’t had a chance to take a detailed look at it. Thanks for this breakup. Also, I heard that there is a cutoff period of 4 years to construct a house after buying a property else Rs.500/sq. yd is to be paid extra. I’m not sure how true this is. Can someone please confirm this?
