Q:Hi all, I have been looking to invest in a villa project, mainly for weekend getaway purposes, like a home on the outskirts of the city. I’ve gone through so many projects but most of these are builders I haven’t heard of. Recently I stumbled across the DLF Garden city project. DLF is a known builder. Also, I heard that there is a cutoff period of 4 years to construct a house after buying a property else Rs.500/sq. yd is to be paid extra. I’m not sure how true this is. Can someone please confirm this?

Latest Answer: The persons who invested in 2012 have yet to get the possession and DLF is not paying the delayed compensation for more than 4 years delay moreover asking for some nonsense charges
