Latest Answer: I have taken posession and rented it out already. However, one point rankles i.e. The water charges/transport charges come to 575 per month, which IMO is very high. Also one has to pay this irrespective of usage of water/ if transport is utilised or not. On a positive note, the building representative(Customer service ) is very helpful and issues get sorted out.
