Q: I have a flat in Claremont A. This building has been delayed endlessly. Anyone has any idea when its going to be completed?

Latest Answer: Hi! I am buying a flat in Lodha Luxuria, Fairfield A. I have been told about the high tension wires affecting the building uptil 10th floor. Is it safe to purchase a flat above 10th floor

    Hi, i have a flat in Westgate B. After endless delays they are now giving the flats for fit outs. before that they have asked me to pay all the society charges and common area maintainance charges which i am ready to pay. but in my agreement they have mentioned the maintainance charges at rs 4.75/sq ft and now they are asking me to pay @ rs 6.50/sq ft. Have other members of this building paid these charges
