Q:This builder has built Pratham Residency which is near Sai abatempl(on Kaveri Road). He had promised kaveri water and took money or that.Now 4 years laters, owners are trying to do that on their own but this guy refuses to cough up money(he still owns 4 flats in building) for it and threatens the owners.The maintenance of his flats also is begged numerous time without any avail-7 months maintenance is pending and to top it he threatens the onwners that he will throw everybody out and lockup the building.Think again if you want to buy into this experience
