Q:This builder is from Faridabad and like me many people are suffering after getting associated with this builder. Hundreds of people are there and few have already initiated legal proceeding against them. They will collect the money and then will show their inability at the time of possession of registry. And one people start pressurize them they will start issues checks for refund which will eventually bounce due to insufficient funds.This is the normal practice which they follow.
