Q:Hello,Am looking to buy a flat with Shriram Summitt and interested to go for Phase 3, has anyone booked in the Phase 3 of the project? It would be great if someone has booked in Phase 1 or Phase 2 to give some reviews on the team
Latest Answer: Shriram Summitt is an ongoing project having Phase I and Phase II. The construction work for both the Phases is 80 percent completed. Have not heard about Phase III... When did they launch it?
Latest Answer: This project is at the end of Electronic city and adjacent to that project you will see the village. There is further scope of improvement. Their marketing people will show you the road from flyover to their site which is very good. But come out of the site and turn left you will see no vacant spaces and only villages.
Their driver will never show you that road.
I will never buy this property.
Latest Answer: i have booked a flat in summitt recently and have got all the legal documents verified by my lawyer and he has given me a go ahead with a written opinion stating " the present owners of the property have a valid and marketable title to the property and the POA holders can convey a valid and marketable title to third party purchasers"
all the survey nos have been mentioned in the written opinion, there are 6 owners, the total land being 14 acres and one half guntas
At site foundation + basement has been constructed
