What is the price of flats in Vaishnavi Sarovar Apartment?
Q: I want to buy a 2 or 3 bed room flat in Vaishnavi Sarovar Mysore. Somebody let me know about the price details of flats in this apartment.

Latest Answer: Sir, They are offering from 2600 to 2800 per sqft . it depends on your bargaining. You can contact Mr Praveen. I don't know avaolablity of 2BHK but 3 BHK is available.

How about builder commitment of completion
Q: NO clear commitment

Latest Answer: No Response from builder for any thing and even for registration also no clear date, They are again and again modifying many of the penthouse which is belong to MD and his friends circle until that is completed we will not get chance for registration. I dont think it will happen by early, for this builder agreement is no value and response of There VP Mr Singh is very rude and as per him we can go to any level to get as per agreement.Maybe they expect us to go for legal solution.
