Q:Hellofriends, BSNL land line as well as broad band services are not functioning properly and often these lines are disconnected than connected.Can any one take up the matter to higher level-authorities in bsnl?Dr.V.Balasubramanian LL301. BSNL who is the main service provider for goldenblossom apts has not been providing connectivity regularly either in land line connection or broadband services.Frequently we face breakdown in serives.Many complaints have been lodged with BSNL customer centre,Whitefield but in vain.I wish the president of the association to take up the matter with higher-ups.
