intrested to buy - 2 bhk Flat in F Tower
Q: Hi i am intrested to buy 2 bhk flat in F tower.I want to know about the builder,construction qulity and other facilities.I have heard abour some probs in electric board and fittings..? owners are still facing it? Is builder solving your problems tenatively? im pimple saudagar all schems are at 3500..He is giving me 2900 because of group booking of 6 flats...i will not get lesser rate than this in Pimple Saudagar..should i go for booking it or not?..I also liked 1 flat in Sukhwani elmwoods and 1 in Namarat Magic..htey are quoting 3350 and 3200 respectively..who is better builder? are they better than tejas estates..for which builder i should go? Pleas ehlp me out to make my decisio if you have any idea..thanks in advance
