Q:Hi, I am planning to buy a flat at Indrasadan, Marathahalli. As I was checking with the builder, I came to know that this apartment does not have a Occupancy Certificate. So can anybody, who already own a flat in Indrasadan, tell me if that is not an issue and if you were able to pay the taxes in your name(individual owners who own a flat here). Kindly let me know so that I can make my decision to buy the flat. Any other details about the apartment will be appreciated. Thank you.
