Q:Has anyone bought a flat in Cosmos Regency recently? How is the society? Is it worth 1.2 CR for a 3bhk flat in that locality? Are the amenities good as advertised?

Latest Answer: This is very costly compared with surrounding. don`t see any return on this investment as middle class user of such flat will not be able to pay any further increase in flat rate for many years.
