Q: Hi. I came across an article in 'The Hindu' today where they featured about the Malles project I invested in, at Perumbakkam. Since it is an area that is considered to be the future, I’m pretty happy with my decision. The project is going to be done in few months and I can’t wait to move there. The price range is very reasonable that anyone can afford it as well. This would be the best time to invest in this area before its completely sold out!

Think 100 times before you buy..is it worth
Q: I dropped the buying idea because of following reasons

1) Built up to carpet area - they are cheating
2) Thought about worst rainly season like 2007
3) HT cable..
4) Constructing behind and cheating customer because of easy constrution.Every one knows the intension
5) Future road between malles to Global health city.. ha ha.. I would say future airport will come
6) Aerocon brick... bull shit..this is benefit to the builder ..interms contructing material cost.. what you are giving to customer..brick :) :)
