Please do all the checks before booking a flat.
in 2014 AVJ group launched AVJ Info City, they had not taken all clearances and project got cancelled.
I had booked a 1 bhk in that project and 4.5 lakh and have not got the refund yet.

I have called them many times and visited their offices but not got the refund.
