Hello, I would request anyone not to invest your hard earned money in Passion Elite. The marketing guys are very cunning Farhan and Sayeed. But once booking is done youll face problems. It is not minor problem. The construction quality is very very poor and there are cracks in all the walls. They have used very cheap quality. Dont invest here unless you want to ruin your life. Take this as sincere advise.

Latest Answer: Please dont believe the marketing people Farhan Rasheed and sayed even the bulder. Very rude to customers. Quality of construction is very poor. They will insult and cheat customers like anything. Quality of construction is very poor. Please dont buy any future of projects with them. You are wasting your money by investing in that.
