Some people seem to be really upset with the quality of construction.

Q: Are there any who feel otherwise. would it be advisable to buy a ready to move in flat now when there are no issues of handing over in time and all that. specially with investment point of view alone.

Latest Answer: First Go to the work place inspect personnely every thing like building material they are using talk to the civil contract about the plan & satisfy yourself. From my personal experience construction is very bad. quality is very low. Waste to invest or buying.

Feedback on Prime City.

Q: I am not at all satisfied with Prime City's status. They told they will give the flat on September 2011, but we didn't get it yet now. Still the work is going on. Painting has not yet started, electrical work is not at all good. So guys please don't go with this project.

Builder Review in Prime Aqua, Electronic City Phase I, Bangalore

Latest Answer: They have fixed lowest of lowest quality things in the flat. moreover builder is biggest beggar, needs more money in the form of maintenance, khata preparation and all. Supervisors are younger brother of builder in begging, they will not complete flat work until you pay money for some extra things. Ex: they will say that they will do premier painting since default is distemper paint, until you pay the money for painting, they will not paint your house and will say thousands of reason for delay. And what to say about marketing guys!!! oh my god, not getting words to praise them. You and you family will suffer one day a lot whatever sin you are doing. If you want to really earn good and fast money then there are many ways. learn from whores. you assholes.
