Latest Answer: It is my request that no one should buy this apartment because builder has made this flat using substandard material. Taken 3 years maintenance but nothing he is doing on 11th June 2015 night there was a big mess and builder threaten the residents of green valley upon this peoples have lodge FIR against. Please Please do not purchase these flats because the life of these flats max to max 5 to 6 years.
