how is apartment in Surya Green Valley, Kanadia road, Indore?

Q: Hi friends. I want to know about this project called Surya Green Valley on Kanadia road in Indore. Is this a good residential project having all the facilities? what are the prices like? any other details will help, thanks!

It is my request that no one should buy this apartment because builder has made this flat using substandard material. Taken 3 years maintenance but nothing he is doing on 11th June 2015 night there was a big mess and builder threaten the residents of green valley upon this peoples have lodge FIR against. Please Please do not purchase these flats because the life of these flats max to max 5 to 6 years.

For 2 and 3 bhk apartments on kanadia road, the size is 1095 and 1617 square feet respectively. seems nice and spacious. the approximate sale price for these apartments doesn't exceed 40 lakhs. if it is within your budget, i think it a good option for you to invest here

Hi :) you'll be happy to know that this project has many bank approvals, namely Bank of Baroda, HDFC Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, State Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, IDBI Bank, Canara Bank. Almost all banks actually and even HDFC home loans have approved.

facilities like 24 hour power back up, gym, maintenance, security are all avilable in surya green valley. but i think for the same price, you can find better apartments on kanadia road having more faciltiies provided.

This project has been ready to move in since november 2013. Only 2 and 3 bhk apartments are avilable in surya green valley for a reasonable price of Rs 2400 per square feet.
