Latest Answer: I am posting this for every gr constructions related query for the benefit of fellow buyers. My friend lives in gr shreenivas, singasandra that is also built by gr constructions. He does not have a good opinion on builder. It seems that the top floor flats there have developed cracks after just 3 years. That area has acute water shortage because of which they get water from tankers only. he pays approx rs 2000/- per month only for water which i think is ridiculously high. I wonder how such builders get approval from government to construct buildings without ground water facility. The builder has other issues also. he told me that builder has not paid maintenance dues of rs 4 lacs to association. Now, residents will have to pay that comes as extra burden. So, I would advise to stay away from that builder. But do not go just by my advice, talk to other gr residents also.
