Q: Is Janapriya 1st Avenue, an affordable housing project? What are the demographics and what is the investment potential? Also what is the rental rates and how many total apartments are available?
Latest Answer: Janapriya 1st Avenue is an affordable project providing apartments within the price range of 19 to 27 lakhs. The units are budgetable and can be invested in. But I have heard of many cases and complaints about the construction. I have heard that they use low quality construction material.

BSNL BGTD is pleased to extend CENTREX facility to the residents of __________________
Following are the facilities extended for MOU Customers.
(a) No installation charges of ` 500/- per telephone line.
(b) No security deposit for Local and STD. However a refundable Security deposit of ` 2000/- will be collected for ISD facility.
(c) Calls within the Centrex Group are free of Charge.
(d) 2% of total connection will be provided free of cost for common utility areas to be used as intercom with only incoming facility.
(e) Residents can take any of the normal tariff plans available with Broadband.
(f) Residents can also opt for a monthly rental of ` 100/- with no free calls and call charges at ` 1.10/- per MCU.
(g) For existing Subscribers, Telephone numbers will be changed (change of number announcement will be given) and one time conversion charge of ` 100/- will be levied.
Latest Answer: Is there a way to request to map a single digit to security extension in centrex. For example we would like the residents in our apartment to call security in case of emergency (fire , medical or other..) to just press one digit and reach security
