Q:Water Seepage through Electrical Points - I own an flat in Tulive Horizon Residences. The water seepage is a very common issue in this newly built apartments. The builder is not cooperative and my several requests to get me the electrical conduit routing drawing for troubleshooting were ignored. Is there anyway to get the builder accountable for the problem?

I hope your water seepage problem is taken care of by the builder. It is not good, especially in newly constructed building. Really poor construction. These builders are only behind money, once they sell the flat, they disappear. Horrible thugs.
