Resale might require dealing with some mandatory expenses like registration fees, stamp charges, transfer fees, utility transfer fees and real-estate agent fees among many others.
Q:VAT tussle between builders, flat owners continues. Did anyone sent query to DBRealty for VAT collected @5%, and as per government announcement it is between 1.5 to 3.5% maximum.
Latest Answer: Then to take care of such issue there is consumer court and we all can register complain against the developer, and believe me it effective. or complain against developer in some of the property show like CNBC/NDTV etc. and the issue will be posted all over. Those who are in Mumbai can take care of such issue very effectively.
please do reply back with suggestions and some one should take a lead and advise upon all of us together can make difference. if we keep quite they will take advantage of it.
