Q: I am looking to purchase a site in suryacity- project of KHB, Phase-I or II, Bangalore. I understand that sites allotted to land owners can be sold by them after payment of betterment charges and getting it registered in their name. Pl let me know if there are any such direct sellers of site.

The water report by the central water board agency is available here : cgwb.gov.in/District_Profile/karnataka/2012/BANGALORE_URBAN-2012.pdf What the report says is, entire Bangalore has an average ground water table, and infact Anekal region fares better in ground water table and content. Ongoing price at JR Urbania : Rs.1700/Sft to Rs.1950/Sft

Q: Hi,
We two brothers together are planning to buy one of the 9600 SFT plot and build three houses in the plot.

As per the real estate agent there is no restriction in dividing the Khata and building two houses.

Is there any restrictions and limitations for building the house?
