Q:Hi,i bought a 3BHK in Whitefield. I tried to rent it out, got a lot of enquiries but no one confirmed it. I am finding it difficult to rent out a 3bhk, i guess 2 bhks are faster to rent out. any suggestions or help to find a tenant soon. Bcs of this, I am also checking if it makes sense to sell the apartment probably.Prash
Latest Answer: 1 bhk and 2 bhk apartments are easy to rent out as the rent of these kind of apartments are quite affordable and maintenance is also not tat costly. 3 bhk's are bit tough to rent out.
