What papers to check when finalizing property purchase
Q: Hi everyone, with lotus villa out of the equation because of its distance, i have decided to purchase a property within Gaur city 2. I have shortlisted Casa Woodstock and Galaxy Royale because of the decent area they are offering and reasonable pricing. Now my question is what all documents i should ask for to verify before finalizing my purchase?

Latest Answer: How about BHK in this project. Someone called me and told that there are 1200 Sq ft 3 BHK too but the website doesn't show that. Also she didn't yet sent the floor plan for 3 BHK even after repeated requests
