Why does it not have OC?
Q: Hi,

Its been more than year since this project got completed, but does it not have OC until now.

Latest Answer: Hi Pooja, OC is an essential legal document that has to be obtained by the builder once the construction is complete. This ensures that the building has been constructed in a completely legal way adhering to the approved plan. Maybe there is some issue for which the builder has not got the OC yet.

Bren Woods Hosa Road
Q: Hello,

I am interested in buying apartment at Bren woods.

Could any one please tell me, how is Bren's registration process.

I heard from one of my friend that the apartment registration is not done on the government stamp paper, rather done on Bren's letter head.

Please if you have any information do let me know, Since I know many other builders for them all the apartment sale related papers are on Stamp papers not on company's letter heads.
