Q:He is thief and fraudster and very much arrogant.He never keeps his commitments.Just attracting customers by saying so many false commitments but after entered into the deal you will no where.You will become slave.He will not respond to anything and only will his profit.What ever he has constructed the flats all are faulty.Quality is also not good.Maximum will last 6 months after that flat will loose the luster.

Q:Hi, I am facing problem with PRajay Mega Polis venture in Hyderabad. When I paid advance of 1 Lakh in April 2011, they told that my tower #8 will start in June and will complete by 2.5 years. They did not give me any agreement till date despite of various reminders from me. Finally when I approached the ED Sumith Sen he told that tower #8 will not start until next 6 to 8 months and the completion will be in next 3 to 4 years. When I asked for my money refund he said the company will deduct 40 to 50 thousand. This is really unfair and I want to proceed legally on this. Latest Answer: yes i have bought in phase2 in 2012, please go ahead and talk to them , but dont agree if they suggest to remove the rental agreement clause, because they want to divide people , scare them and make them either withdraw from project or shift to phase1, we need to form a community or group because if we go alone they are intimidating us
